GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Our default shipping carrier is Australia Post.

Standard and Express rate postage is based on the item’s weight or cubic weight, as Australia Post table rate.

 

You can enjoy a FREE standard SHIPPING service with Order Value over AUD$99, Australia Only.

All orders are delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

STANDARD AUSTRALIA DELIVERY LEAD TIME:

• Major Cities: 4 -7 working days

• Other cities: 7-10 working days

• Regional areas: 7-14 working days

• Remote areas: 10-14 working days

Please note that these shipping times are a general guide only. In periods of high order volumes, Australia Post delays and other extenuating circumstances delivery times may differ significantly.

All orders are shipped by Australia Parcel Post from our Sydney Distribution Centre and information relating to tracking & delivery will be sent to you via email as soon as your goods have been shipped.

 

 

All parcels are subject to a 5kg weight limit and all parcels above the specified weight limit will not be able to be sent out as one shipment. For parcels that exceed the weight limit, please contact us and we may be able to make arrangements for a single delivery, however, we make no guarantee.

Unfortunately, due to delivery costs, free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise.

Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.  Also, depending on which country you are shipping to, you may have to pay additional customs clearance charges. These additional charges for customs clearance is the recipients’ responsibility. We as a sender have no control over these charges so we advise you to contact your customs authority if you have any concerns.
