DELIVERY AND PICK UP
We use only Australia Post for our online customers.
Usually within 2 working days from the payment date (Please Note: This is not the delivery time to your front door).
In the rare circumstance that your product is delayed or not delivered due to severe weather conditions couriers will usually not honour any guarantees and therefore, unfortunately neither can we.
Unfortunately Kira the Cat is not responsible if the correct address is not supplied. We suggest double checking your details at the time of checkout.
Delivery Delays: Our delivery partner, Australia Post, is currently experiencing delays. As a result your order may take longer to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Pick up: When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email from us with the full address details. Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 12pm, Sun and Public Holidays Closed

Why do I need a Trade Account? If you are a hairdresser or own a shop you need to have a Trade Account to have access to prices and conditions specially developed for this audience.

AFTERPAY
What is Afterpay? Afterpay is a payment service that allows you to enjoy what you want now, and pay for it in four equal payments later. The best part is, the payments are interest free.
How do I use Afterpay? Shop online as normal. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You’ll then be directed to the Afterpay website. Don’t worry, you won’t lose the items in your bag.
If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you’ll need to register. Then you’ll complete your purchase and receive a confirmation email from both us and Afterpay.
CHECKOUT
Can I cancel or make changes to my order? Once you’ve placed your order, your items will be on their way to dispatch. This means cancellations aren’t possible. However, once you’ve received your order, you can take advantage of our no regrets returns policy. You can read all about it here.
